EXPERIMENTAL VISUAL ARTIST

Vincent Rang (1989) is an experimental visual artist working with live performance, experimental film, installations, and scenography. His work explores themes of scale, time, and natural patterns, and investigates the extent to which organic processes can be controlled.

His gaze is often directed towards the natural dances of life. He observes, captures, and re-arranges patterns, from wind and water currents to blooming flowers, landscapes, and rock formations, creating abstract audio-visual narratives that invite viewers to discover their own truths, interpretations, and most importantly, to feel them.

Rang has exhibited his work at Fiber Festival, ADE, The Rest is Noise, Dark Rooms Berlin, Inota festival in Hungary, and often collaborates with experimental electronic musicians. He is creative lead at Zero BPM and has founded the foundation for the Vague Arts, a non-profit promoting experimentation between (electronic) musicians and visual artists.
